Carmen Franklin

Carmen was born in Berkeley, CA and later grew up in Davis.  She went to Loretto High School in Sacramento, CA and then Cal Poly Pomona.  She recently graduated in the spring of 2006 with a BA in Political Science with hopes of going to Law School.
